Moving to Richmond Area
Just started browsing bigger pockets the last couple weeks and joined today. We will be moving for my 9-5 in the next month or 2 and are trying to determine our best path forward with regards to housing in Richmond.
Would really love to know if the area is conducive to buy and hold rentals or flips. Also will be looking for a realtor or advice on areas we should consider for our own home.
