Allowing access to home buyer who has released contingencies
Hello, We're nearing the end of selling a home for the first time. The woman buying our home has been a nightmare to deal with and we in no way trust her. She released all of her contingencies this past Friday and now wants to come to our house to "celebrate her accomplishment and visualize her future." That's fine with me. Whatever. But she wants to come when we are not there on Monday. I do not trust her and do not want her in my house without me present. At this point all of our belongings are in the house as well as our dogs. Our realtor says that the buyer has the right to enter the house as long as she has given us 24 hours notice. I feel like that can't be the case that I, the current owner of the house, can't deny someone access. Is this actually the case. We're in Sonoma County, California if that helps. Thank you!
