You can A spend hours and hours on the web watching hour and a half long videos, be clueless of where to go, get sold a training that costs 5k plus (for information that you can learn on the web for free if you look hard enough, bigger pockets,crinoline, youtube, google, reitipster, ..the list goes on forever.

Eventually I will lose interest in PB and move on to other web sites of interest.

I need some help on recommendations of where to list it on the web and any general recommends you have.Zillow/Trulia/Craigslist are the most obvious but I know I’m missing something.Home is more of an executive type home, great school district, desirable area.Thanks!

The web portal doesn't update anything neither even after the interest has been distributed.

I've looking at a commercial real estate web site.

Its the most valuable site I think on the entire web.

However, this tenant is elderly and has no web experience.  

I've been digging around the forums here, and the far less informative world wide web, about the rules for creating and breaking apart real estate portfolios and I haven't found what I'm looking for.
