Your reviews, especially when starting, are everything, and the worst reviews come from bad cleanings and things not disclosed in the listing that should be.You are making the right moves with a designer as long as they have experience in your particular area.

The minimal need for renovation and favorable market conditions in the Jasper, GA area made this an attractive opportunity to capitalize on.

@Ricardo Jones There are a handful of very active Facebook groups that focus on investing in this area.

Seeing you are new to real estate, get a foundation from others in your area and see what works and what does not work. 

While you start working on getting your first property I would network as much as possible so you know who to connect with in your area when help is needed. 

Not sure of your area, but I would definitely get a quote from a broker/agent to verify.
