Deal Finding In Northeast Ohio

Hello Everyone! Im finding some really nice deals in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland Metro) that I’d like to get some buyers on using the wholesale method of investing. I’d prefer cash buyers for the ease of the closing, and peace of mind to sellers. I would love hear from other investors who see the potential in some of these properties to turn into great investments! Any advice as an investor in this area? I am open to all knowledge and of course, contacts for future real estate deals.
