I can see the draw to own the mobiles ($250-$300 vs $700-1000 for single wides) but it come with a headache of owning depreciable property...Overall I'm still looking for another community to purchase in the future.

You'll be competing against people that are more educated, 2-3 times your age, and with far more life/job experience that will be far more relatable to the average buyer/seller/investor.It's not impossible but you should go in with eyes wide open and know what you're up against.
