Zillow Zestimate to List Price Differential

Everyone knows that the Zillow Zestimate can be WAY off from the actual value of a property, but I think it can also be a decent surface-level metric to help narrow down some properties to dive deeper into.

That said, does anyone know of a way to download data from Zillow (or any other website for that matter) that would include the list price and the Zestimate along with the other pertinent property information - preferably in .csv or Excel format? I think using the differential of the Zestimate to list price on a neighborhood or city-wide search could yield some interesting results.
