The best advise is to hire an attorney specialized in land use or condemnation ect.

The fact the company stayed on for 6-months after the sale shows they are at least somewhat concerned with the quality of their product. 

No training, no selling products, just wholesale property sales.

Now even if you already know that (as an example) she is going to go to specialized training and the only place the AF teaches that school is Chesapeake Virginia so that's where you know she will be stationed then keep in mind....that is where the SCHOOL is....not where she will be "stationed".
