Who paints a dining room eggplant/black?

Its safe to say that I live in a cheaper area of the state.This particular place is not in a bad neighborhood and is acctually just barely outside the main part of the city, less than 2 miles.

I also am a licensed Realtor since 2012, but I mainly just list my own properties I've rehabbed.

My main one right now is buying tax liens and foreclosing on those that do no pay.
