Newbie from Chicago Suburbs saying hello!

Hi everyone!

Wanted to take the time to say hello to the Bigger Pockets community. I have been investing since June of last year, but am new to Bigger Pockets. I am a wholesaler and a rehabber focusing on the west and northwest suburbs of Chicago. I also am a licensed Realtor since 2012, but I mainly just list my own properties I've rehabbed. My lovely fiancee is also my investing partner. She is the interior designer and stager, and I do the manual labor and oversee the finances. We are looooovvvvviiinnngggg real estate investing!
