I don't know the area very in depth, but I do know they're building a casino to the southwest of the city right now.

That is what my CPA is saying for 2023.It doesn't effect me, bit curious to see if this is legit or not.

Looking online they seem legit and have a great presence.

So there are times it's legit, honest business...and then there are the other times...

Also many PM's offer a warranty on the tenants they place so you know they're working to place someone legit.

I would (of course) recommend using only licensed and legit Contractors and let them buy materials, they can get them much cheaper and even after their markup and handling charges, you'll still be ahead and not have to deal with anything.

I just laugh when i read these types of things were the scammers think they are outsmarting the public publishing stuff that has no bearing on being a licensed or legit lender its all just noise and confusion for the poor beginner borrower who does not know what they do not know..   

It's actually in a pretty good geographical location: next to Camden Yards (Orioles baseball), M&T Stadium (Ravens football), and now Horseshoe Casino.

It is a good source of leads " a deal finder", I have contracted and closed pre-foreclosure deals based on their data exclusively so its legit in that aspect.

Charlotte proper is getting a lot stiffer competition right now so I would suggest Rock Hill, Gastonia, Concord, Mooresville and with the casino coming - Kings Mountain - to start looking at alternative areas.
