You might be a little too green to make the deal happen, but you already have a foot in the door.

Read David Greene's book Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat You already handle the Buy and Rehab parts which I think are the hardest pieces of the puzzle personally.Just keep learning here, and you will succeed.
