I've found in some cases, just 1 or 2 will be lower than others    - some will allow you to insured higher limits than the $250,000 limit allowed in the NFIP    - some offer other optional coverages that may be important to you Dwelling/Fire Coverage (aka Landlord coverage) will also be required by the Mortgagee.

Bigger pockets has some good videos on youtube on different ways to finace deals. 

The best thing is to perform preventive maintenance and have a log on the unit itself, install CO2 and water sensors that can be monitored with an app like a video camera and budget for replacement one thing at a time.

After listening to tons of podcasts, reading books, and watching videos, I want to start meeting people and building a solid team to meet my goals, and would love any advice on what these markets are like.Any advice or recommendations on who to connect with would be much appreciated.

I've been doing quite a bit of reading, watching videos - have invested some time and money into education for the past few months - but now it's time to get to work.I'd like to start by buying a pre-foreclosure list and tackling that with some mailers + direct calls (maybe even some door knocking). 

If I had real internet access I would have watched a couple hundred more hours of tutorial videos and webinars by now since there's nothing else to do, but I don't so I can't and I haven't yet.
