Anyone a Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker? I just started my classes on CompuCram, but it feels like it just through me in the pit.... Where or how could I get a better understanding or can someone help as far as how to properly study? I've been taking endless notes but it seems like it's not enough.... ANY TIPS PLEASE!!!!!?

    Tremon Payne,

Are you just starting out on the path to preparing for the National Exam? If so, I went with affinity real estate & mortgage services program out of Inglewood, CA. They do online training for pre license and continue education for the national exam and certifications for certain states depending on their licensing. They are a little pricey but they got me over the finish line no problem. I took their 10 day (20hr) online course and i also took their Exam Prep Mastery Course (which is a must, probably cant pass with out it). In the mastery course you need to take all the practice exams and go over all questions you missed. Also, you will need to go over the 600 key facts that will help you brush up and give you a stronger understanding of the material. I would focus on these two things. If you, can without paying for anything check out their Facebook group, thousands of testimonials from people all over the country. If you already have the the 20hr requirement finished i would just look into the mastery course. good luck.
