Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am from SF, CA. I started listening to How to Money about 1.5 years ago, Bigger Pockets and Bigger Pockets Rookie about 6 months ago, and just picked up "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene. I started investing 'late' in my life, but want to diversify and build my portfolio towards financial independence. Real Estate Investing has always been an interest but it seemed like an impossible goal until I started listening to BP. There's a lot to learn and a plethora of information/strategies, so I'm taking it a step at a time. The topic that I don't quite have much information on is how to properly analyze a market, but it does look like David Greene's book will get into that!  :)

I am interested in Buy and Hold - medium to long terms rentals for now, with the goal of eventually moving into BRRR. I've always loved construction, working with my hands, and the smell of Home Depot/Lowe's (haha). My dad is probably a big influence since he's contractor and electrician. Looking to learn, grow, and bring others in. Thank you for your time in reading this!
