Hello, my name is Evelyn and I'm a 20 year old from Lake County Illinois looking to purchase a cash flowing MFR or SFR. After listening to tons of podcasts, reading books, and watching videos, I want to start meeting people and building a solid team to meet my goals, and would love any advice on what these markets are like.
