On first blush, most appear to only offer a 70% LTV which is lower than I hoped for.. wish I had a good relationship with a local lenderI believe the properties are worth ~$155,000 each, but that is tied to the appraiser.

(no fun)I do testify in court as a mortgage lending expert witness, so I am at least qualified to say that when borrowers can't make payments, they often sue or otherwise challenge the legality of your loan origination.Hope this is helpful.
