Quick Tips for Finding and Vetting Mortgage Brokers?
Hello BP,
I'm a young REI looking for my first deal. I was pre-qualified for a mortgage last year but I unfortunately did not take any action on it. Fast forward to today, I've built up my cash reserves and moved to a more affordable part of Southern California (at least I think) where I'm honing on catching that first one.
I believe I need to get pre-qualified once more now that my financial situation has changed, so I'd like to ask all of you - How do you find and effectively vet mortgage brokers in your area? Any tips/strategies would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
- Jared
