I listened to all the podcasts, devoured books, watched a ton of YouTube videos, went to a BP meetup here in San Diego ( which was an awesome learning experience everyone should try and attend these events!)

I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for a while which I came across on google play music.

Hey there again BP,So I work a job that occasionally has down time and machine time where I can read, listen to music, play games or go on Facebook or whatever, and just recently I've become much more active on this site.

I found a video on Youtube that talked about how to introduce one's self if they are just starting out.

I would have had no clue to even google/youtube search for terms like wholesale, assignment, brrr strategy, lease-option, wrap mortgage, driving for dollars, short sales, etc. etc. etc.

However, I am very handy, I had books (now there's youtube), and a friend helped me quite a bit.
