Real Estate Flipper, looking for a house to invest in

Hi, I'm Robert and I have taught myself the construction trade via Google. I have spent countless hours on my own remodels and research, learning the best tools and techniques for every job I tackle. I have remodeled a few houses by myself, and built a "Tiny House" for my brother. You can look up Tinyhousemansion on youtube for a series of videos I made on the construction process.

Right now I'm looking for a house to invest in that is semi-close to East Texas.

I do everything (except for welding or masonry), and so I feel that flipping is a good fit for me.

I really want to learn the ins and outs of investing/flipping. So far I've purchased two mobile homes, remodeled them, had a lot of difficulty in getting them moved and am hoping to rent them soon.

I would like to know where others have had good success (and failures) in this, and tips for being succesful at it.
