I'm not too up-to-date on self storage-related information, but I do know there's a separate community called, Self Storage Talk, that has a handful of discussions on everything from owning and franchising to how-to's and general advice.

To get them out we had to help them move there stuff in to a storage unit.I had one that was a drunk with kids.

SUCH as storage units, cleaning business, bar/club, food joint, ect..:)Someone's gotta have something going...

I have an investment in a mini-storage that we refinanced last year.

Tenant specifically acknowledges that this includes, without limit, shoes, bicycles, spare tires, children’s toys, “blue” tarps, boots, fishing gear, coolers (ice chests) sledding equipment and the like.

If you can't do this, then, in your shoes, I would stop paying the rent!

I've bought SFR to flip and to hold, I've bought Multifamily both large and small, built/own/operate self storage, built houses, developed land, and built/owned/operated hospitality.

With three seperate devices would I be better off to try and shift email and document storage to the cloud or stick with what I have?
