I am a 21 year old college student who is extremely interested in self storage investing. I have done some research on my own and I really like what self storage has to offer.

I am here trying to learn as much as I possibly can and hopefully network with other people who are in commercial real estate and maybe specifically in self storage.

I have been really tring to find a mentor but I don't really know anyone who specializes in self storage and who is willing to help a newbie.
