Hello all, I am new at this scene but am very intrigued and excited to learn more. I would like to be a REI and be financially independent in the next few years. It seems very possible after reading Sean Terry's Flip2Freedom eBook. Any advise and tips from you seasoned investors would be greatly appreciated.

A few details about myself... I currently reside in Orange County. I am 24 years old with an 8-5 job. Graduated from UCDavis a year and a half ago.

Yee Liau Welcome to BP! There are several people on Bp that are in southern California, and a handful from Orange County. In fact, you might message Sunny Gardner you and she could probably help each other get going.

We develop commercial real estate, so don't have a lot of info on doing flips, but I wanted to welcome you all the same. If there's anything I can ever help with, let me know.
