At that point I would see what strategies would work best for a full-time investor to continue and increase my portfolio.Until then, know I am binge watching podcasts and reading through the site.

Ha, that guy is so crazy on his show...pretty entertaining to watch I must say!

But since he also likes to watch videos and movies, perhaps sending him video clips on REI occasionally would catch his interest.

Ok I'm at the point now where I'm tired of reading and watching videos about investing and feel like I need to do something.

The city can have great deals but watch the taxes and the neighborhood.

Has anyone else not been able to open and watch the replay of the webinar from last night?  

I have been looking for about 2-3 months for a legit community to join and actually came across the podcast and have watch about 1/3 of them so far great info I plan on watching the rest in the next few days. 

After watching the Path-to-Purchase well as reading some threads, this looks like a place I will like to be active in.  

One thing to watch for with condos is the monthly HOA fees can be high and some have rules regarding rental properties.
