New Member - Cincinnati Ohio market
Hello all
My name is Marcus Napier I live just north of Cincinnati in West Chester I have owned one rental for about 10 years and have a nice positive cash flow. I am also a GM of a staffing company in northern Kentucky and have been in that business for 18 years it has treated me well and I have set aside a nice amount to start and build my RE portfolio. I would like to add 5-10 properties this year if I can find the right deals. interested in multi family units and open to s flip or two in the Tri-state area. Also looking for a mentor or a group that meets once a month or so. I'm willing to put my time in to help others with projects or finding properties for them just to learn more about the business. In my spare time my wife and I love to boat, travel. We also have two dogs. Im looking forward to learning, meeting new people with the same goals and expanding my investments to be able to one day free up my time in the corporate world and travel more.
