Saw the ads on TV today for Scott Yancey (Flipping Vegas) bringing his travelling show to the Chicago area next week.

This time, though, he's saying that his people will put up the money for the deals and split profits 5% to them, 95% to you.

Now, y'know I GOTTA go see their shtick just find out what the catch is ...
