The 4187 could have been an extension to their tour or they requested to shorten it- either way they would have know they are short-timers and should have disclosed that It's been 4.5 years since I got out but if I remember correctly we get our orders 60 days (more if its a TRADOC station) from the date we have to report to the next duty station. 

Get staging and professional photography/video tour done so the house will be presented at its best to potential buyers.

I understand the lack of desire to bother the tenants every time a prospective buyer wants to tour the property. 

Makes for a very fast turnaround time and yes, protection from the rain we've been having.May want to do a tour of the factory and see for myself, the biggest issue will be how much more above traditional framers/framing it would be.

Hard to get a good idea of what is needed because 1) can't tour property 2) bank doesn't have the same knowledge of the property that you can get from the seller.  

I'd go tour every single deal in your area that comes on the market, underwrite them and discuss the deal with the broker before and after you've underwritten.
