I'm looking at this foreclosure....
that recently was auctioned off. But no one out bid the original lender, who bought it for 137k, which I think is the rest of the mortgage. The houses is appraised at 200k as is. Hence it's a 99 I don't think it has any updates. Honestly I think I could get more. How do I go about getting this deal?
