If you're local and you just want them to answer the phone and call someone to go fix things when they break, then yes 5% is reasonable.

Build up some repour with them and try to keep them talking on the phone.  

From there you can search for company address/phone number. 

I keep my laptop open while I drive with my phone as a personal hot spot.

Without talking to you on the phone about your particular situation I could not recommend selections or if STNL or MTNL is even likely right for you. 

Truth is most TVs and even guest phones won’t support those for years to come.

I purchased AT&T phones and intended on switching from T mobile only to find out I would have to pay off all my brand new phones at T mobile and take a few hundred dollar loss along with putting out almost $3,000.
