Do you use any software to optimize driving by multiple properties? Say 100 or so at a time.

Looking for a better method to get ready for tax sale auctions.

Thanks!

@John Underwood I used to print out google maps and as I drove over a street I would color it in red until all the streets I wanted to visit were filled in with red. I would then print out a map of the next neighborhood. This worked in Baltimore city because almost every block had a property in tax sale. Many blocks might have 2 to 5 in the sale.

I now upload a list to google maps, MY Maps. It will plot all the properties. You could do layers to color code different priorities. i also delete or change color of the property marker once I have seen it. I keep my laptop open while I drive with my phone as a personal hot spot.

When you do Google maps on the iPhone you can add a stop by clicking the ellipsis in the upper right. You can add about 8-10 stops. and it will map them. You can manually rearrange the in the best order.

My partner has software that he pays for that will plot the most efficient driving order but I haven't found that worth the trouble. I can't think of the name right now. I will post it if it comes to me.
