i dont know if i'd invest if i hit it. i know i'd have to do SOMETHING with my time, but i dont think i'd be doing much except travelling and spending it after the dust settles.

I traveled there for the first time last summer and I have my old Penn State Univ. roommate who now lives down there and is working for one of the airports.

For all the experienced investors, flippers, syndicators, and other real estate professionals out there, whether you have 1 property or a multi-million dollar portfolio, If you could travel back in time and meet your younger 20, 25, 30, etc. year old self, what is one piece advice would you give?

Hi Everyone, I think it would be so amazing for Brooklyn (and any other borough that is willing to travel into Brooklyn), unite on a monthly to inspire, share, find partners/mentors at a food court/coffee house.

You see the thing is I'm 21 years old so I haven't really considered anywhere besides the U.S since that's where I've been traveling to and from.

I  currently travel a lot with my job every 4 to 6 months so I'm trying to learn as much as I can before I settle down.
