New member from Montana interested in commercial real estate

Hi! My name is Shandi and I have been wanting to get into real estate investing for some time now. I was military for 10+ years and I'm finally ready to get started.  I  currently travel a lot with my job every 4 to 6 months so I'm trying to learn as much as I can before I settle down. I have some cash to utilize for deals, but would really like to focus on creative financing.  I'm really interested in investing in apartment buildings and ultimately other commercial real estate deals, but also need to learn to wholesale and flip to raise money for the bigger properties. I think I will end up either near Seattle  or in Montana, where the rest of my family lives, so those are the places I'm interested in investing in first.
