There is always a frenzy of excess cash at the end of a cycle - that's what causes bubbles to inflate.Investors seduced into jumping into a deal for fear of missing out (FOMO) because a sponsor 'will sell out in 24 hours' will lose their shirts in the next downturn.Enjoy the ride.

They get bombard with crap messages like do THIS, no no do THAT, NO do DMM, do driving for dollars... and I sit here as I see these poor people get taken for a ride just because a group of lists and DMM service providers do their desperate best to convince society that sending 10000 post cards or hand written letters scribbled on crappy yellow paper and red ink somehow magically is the magic formula to success.

If they are on a lease currently and it's a fixed term, if they're paying on time, then you'll most likely need to ride it out until their lease is up and provide proper notice of non-renewal (see below).
