I would definitely keep it along the lines of "I'm sorry your didn't meet our minimum requirement for renting the unit" and we wish you the best of luck with your continue search"If you respond, its best to not engage....don't go into specific, don't set up a debate or argument, don't try to explain what "really happened".....you don't feed the crazy bulls*t. ....at most your acknowledge their opinion and move on.....do not engage

The only thing I give to new tenants is an information package, like Brandon mentioned, with phone numbers for the local utility companies, instructions for the proper care and feeding of the property, safety information (number and location of smoke alarms, CO detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.).

people respond like always feeding into the hype and not paying attention to what is really going on here. after a few more of these questions she starts talking about an upcoming event regarding tax planning and strategies HMMMM... perfect timing to hook people in since it's tax season. very good and smart salesman.They bring up cash flow which is a great game to understand investing and that they will be meeting up to play it. after sometime on that the next event is the big one the CONVENTION with the ceo being there and blah blah blah.
