The only way of getting a corporate credit card would be to provide collateral and apparently that would be extra charges.That being said, has anyone encountered similar road blocks and if so, can you please advise how I can counter this obstacle?

The manager is showing off to my mom her $100 hair cut, her brand new furniture in her room at the motel, and taking her family on $2000 cruises (bragging about how expensive these things are).

First someone needs to make the decision to do a deal and commit to it.Second they need to overcome the obstacle that presents itself.

Unfortunately this doesn't work out with primary residences***If you want to avoid it in your DTI for future deals and your wife can qualify for the refi on her own it may be worth having her do the refi solely in her name.

I wanted to believe in her because she is a vet.

Hopefully one of the experts chimes in here...I know there are some exceptions but it's only for investment property. i.e holding to appreciate in value.
