It's now listed, which is very exciting, but the property management company has been so busy showing their other properties that they don't have any available showing times for our property.

I've travelled the world and done a lot of things I wouldn't have thought possible given my upbringing. 

I travel to Orlando every 3 months and stay for a couple of days since I live in Miami.

Sure there are lots of other avenues you could pursue but it's best to know yourself before you travel those roads. 

I house hacked my 3/2 throughout residency to travel nurses and now it is rented out with a year lease to a nurse.

I am excited to get to know folks in this arena once we move over next week.

Very excited about this deal, as this is my first multifamily deal, but not my first BRRR deal here in the San Antonio, Tx area.

It's been a very exciting couple months and I'm actively looking for my first deal.

It will take a little while I imagine but having a 4hr travel time is a good measure to have as well, so if you are ever needed, you can make the trip out there relatively quickly.I'm also debating if I should buy in cash or try to get a mortgage, which is harder to get for Canadians, so I've got a few doors to knock on still but it's encouraging to see people making out of state investments so often now.
