They will likely have a pre-determined amount of "matching" contributions and likely have a pre-determined company that holds the 401(k) plan where you will be required to invest.

The APR is 3.812% and I am able to refinance once my loan is at 80% LTV.However, I am educating myself on what rehab loan will combine with a FHA loan to be come one loan instead of me having a 1st mortgage and a 2nd mortgage separately.

I have spoken with a mortgage lender at a national bank and have attempted to go through a pre approval process for a FHA loan...however they would not even begin the process because I lack 2 years of employment history.
