They will likely have a pre-determined amount of "matching" contributions and likely have a pre-determined company that holds the 401(k) plan where you will be required to invest.

The APR is 3.812% and I am able to refinance once my loan is at 80% LTV.However, I am educating myself on what rehab loan will combine with a FHA loan to be come one loan instead of me having a 1st mortgage and a 2nd mortgage separately.

One week after the executed P&S was submitted to lender, and following the appraisal, the lender told us "Since the home is a considered a 2 unit multifamily home the interest rate changes to 4.125% with 4.147 APR
