Hello all I'm a noob in the whole RE movement but I'm wanting to make the best of wholesaling/ revers wholesaling. Do's and dont's if possible without stepping on any toes in the process. I am eager to learn and any advice is good advice to me so don't be afraid to bring the knowledge down to a pre-k level  per-say.
