Business Cards for door knocking

Thinking about doing some door knocking to hopefully round up a few leads on multi unit properties in my area. Wondering what I should include on my business card? I don't want it to be too busy, yet want to have the necessary info. Anyone have a pre made template, or website suggestions to have cards made? I realize I will likely be talking with tenants when I door knock, but figured I have to start somewhere. I currently own a triplex, so we are by no means large scale investors (yet 😉). But want to at least sound a little put together and professional when I approach possible sellers. Thanks.
