Everyone is taking that to mean all cancellations for the period of time will get 25% but the way it reads it would pay out on very few cancellations since everyone cancelled for April and May at the beginning or middle of March.

My wife and I are in the middle of selling our home and a flip we did and moving to another state.

This number can potentially go up using a HELOC as a 2nd mortgage.Also, depending on your middle credit score, the maximum DTI is 45% or less.Of course, all of these calculations are based on the current fair market appraised value of your property.If these ratios are too high or the appraised value comes in lower than expected, the lender could require the cards to be paid off at closing as a condition of final approval.As far as the deposits are concerned, a "large" deposit can be seasoned in your bank account for a 30-60 day period to avoid having it become an issue in underwriting.  

In my experience, the advocates are almost always under 30 and give the impression they are below middle class.

They (the FED) are printing the middle class out of a future, so my mentality right now is to make the most of what they are offering, not to screw over lenders or commit fraud. 

Unfortunately though, the facade has a clear bow coming out about 2-3 inches in the middle.

I have a SFH with ADU in East Austin that's working well for me as an investment but I will be moving into the ADU soon and will live for around $500 a month.

I should point out that the main sponsor of the bill - NY Sen Gianaris - Is the same person who scuttled Amazon's plans to bring its East Coast HeadQuarters to NYC, and 50,000 + jobs with it.
