Austin Texas Market

Has anyone had success recently in the Austin Texas market? If so what strategies did you use to invest? I’m just starting out (looking to buy my first investment property this year) and I have found Austin is a tough market to find good deals. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Jerry Stevenson look at each deal creatively. What can you do to add revenue to each deal? I did a decent rehab on my east austin place to make it work. My first houshack was a duplex and I moved into the ratty unit to make it work and fixed it up over a year once I had money. Everyone has an advantage, just get ok being uncomfortable. The more uncomfortable you are willing to get the better you'll do!
