If they had disclosed this information early I would have taken some action.

I'm a 26 y/o professional and looking for both financial stability in the long-run, as well as supplemental income in the short-run.

Does anyone know if the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing will take action against the Broker at FASS. 

They will look at your personal financial statements to secure the loan, but all our properties are under our LLC.

I'm an independent agent I currently work with over 75 carriers to help my clients protect themselves from financial losses. 

Do not cut any corners to make something of something will not hurt you financially.  

I am ready to take action and put an ad on Craigslist and eventually sending out direct mail to wholesale.
