Posting this as an intro because the website says to.

I live in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. I have zero background in real estate investing, but it's something I'm very interested in. I think I'm mainly interested in purchasing properties on the low and then renting them, but I'm sure that interest will evolve the more I learn. I'm a 26 y/o professional and looking for both financial stability in the long-run, as well as supplemental income in the short-run. I don't have much cash on hand to start with. I'm more concerned with reinvesting than supplemental income though, and I'd really just like to start learning how to get myself going to develop a small (10, ambitiously) network of properties to rent.
