Maybe you need to focus more on social media marketing in your area (Facebook, Instagram, etc...) or maybe you need to expand your reach and look at other markets slightly outside your area.3) Maybe try finding someone to partner with who has done a couple deals so you can at least get part of the pie. 

They advise us to sell on experience (driven by AirBnb's focus) and that will help us maintain a higher rate. 

I would focus more on finding a deal/area than creating something visually appealing for someone who only cares about numbers.

I've actually been trying to enlighten all my soldiers on the simple house hack of buying a duplex with their VA loan and then have a property manager because lord knows they won't have the time to focus on the day to day. 

My focus is, buy and hold single family homes and VRBO condominiums!

Any tips or focus points for the next 2-5 years would be helpful!
