Hi, my name is Jim Kroeger! I am an avid fisherman that lives in Circleville, Ohio! I am very interested in real estate investing, and am here to learn as much as I can!

My focus is, buy and hold single family homes and VRBO condominiums! My plan is to keep my current job as an Industrial mechanic, and invest on the side while still working my full time job. REI, will be my way of funding our retirement years! I would love to get to know some of you great people and look forward to doing so!!!
