It is quite safe to say that pretty much EVERYONE has internet nowadays.My question is.. why are you actively trying to fool yourself?

I landed one of the only ones in my tiny town and it is so nice every month to only have a few personal bills like car insurance, cable/internet, and groceries while tenant rent covers almost all the rest.

The internet is your friend, utilize everything you can to figure out what the cost of potential properties would be, how to acquire them, and what your potential rents could be.
