Airbnb rental investment

Hi,

I’m thinking to buy a small condo or apartment (2 bed 2 bath) and rent out in Airbnb in Seatac or Burien, WA. I’m not sure how the Airbnb business in these areas are doing during the pandemic and what should I pay attention on if running the Airbnb rental property ? I would like to hear from other investors. Thanks.

@Hien Luong, things slowed down a little during Covid but we are expecting it will go back to normal pretty soon. You can also check some websites like "AIRDNA" to get more info and numbers
