I was curious to know for those other people who might have holdings in Oakland where your highest and best tenant is a voucher tenant how do you advertise to those people if the rental units aren't in highly desirable areas? 

Do we need our cleaners to complete W9 if they are independent contractors and prefer payment electronically via Venmo or Paypal?

It’s misleading and bad form to have people believing that you’re relating your personal experience in an unbiased manner when in actuality your advertising paid services.
