Creative Tenant Screening / Rental Criteria
Are there any issue with utilizing the below in my rental criteria / tenant screening?
- 1) Must be able to setup Monthly Rent Payments through Zillow’s online payment portal.
- 2) Must Complete a Rental Questionnaire (this will contain all the basics, why are you moving, do you smoke etc.)
- 3) 3x monthly rent amount in verifiable income
- 4) Applications will be denied if falsified and / or missing information and / or supporting documentation is not provided within 3 days of receiving the rental questionnaire

@Rob Krach - I am with @Filipe Pereira , you cant require only electronic payments in chicago, but love everything else you have going on. Proper tenant screening leads to long happy leases with little issues. Definitely take your time and find the right ones.
