As far as the number - we knew we wanted to price it around $1250, but one thing that I've noticed about Zillow (where most of our leads came from), is that on the map view the prices over $1k are rounded to the nearest hundred (so $1250 would be shown as $1.3k whereas $1249 would be shown as $1.2k on searches).

It states:"THE GRANTORS Joe Jones Jr. and Janet Jane Jones, husband and wife for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Charles David an unmarried individual the following described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of Washington."

Now, personally, I'd never make the loan you're describing.

In California appraisers are licensed, I would think they can get you the exact answer your looking for.If I paid for it it's mine in my view and the first lender should release it to you.  

@Steve Vaughan I had expected my PM co to do what you described, name themselves as lessors.  

They do not view you as a good risk.

But, I have been lied to, deceived and wronged by almost every realtor and car salesman that I have encountered.Please share your story with me and see if you can change my jaded view of these so called "professions" or share a story that reinforces my point of view.

The activity you are describing you will need to get APPROVAL from your brokerage.

Of more concern than the enquires might be the percentage of your total credit outstanding.You can view your own credit profile by simply visiting the website of a bureau (i.e.
